Habilitation Services for People with Disabilities
Metro Care Services provides individualized habilitation services throughout Arizona to help children and adults with disabilities manage a broad range of everyday tasks in their own homes, and out in the community. We help each people discover and build on their strengths for a fulfilling, independent and successful life. At Metro Care Services, we understand that every person we serve has individualized needs. That is why our support caregiving providers are trained to provide assistance in the following areas:

- Medication management
- Transportation
- Learning to use community transportation
